Sam is managed by Martin Whiteley, Founder of 23 Degrees Sports Management and team director of the Team G Cross Honda Mountain Bike Team. During the five years prior to forming 23 degrees, Mr. Whiteley was responsible for all off-road cycling disciplines at the UCI in Switzerland, with direct control of the Mountain Bike World Cup. Prior to this he was the CEO of the Australian Cycling Federation for 10 years.
